Position Overview
We’re looking for someone who really understands TikTok and has a strong sense of style. This role is focused on creating content in store, posting consistently, and helping us grow in a way that feels natural to our brand.
You should have a good eye for what looks good, what feels current, and what people actually want to watch. We’re not looking for overly polished or overly produced content, but someone who can create videos that feel easy, engaging, and on brand.
You’ll be working with a mix of premium athleticwear brands like Lululemon, Alo, and similar labels, so an understanding of that style and customer is important.
Responsibilities
Create trackable promotions that drive customers into the store
Create and film TikTok content in our PDX store (Hawthorne Blvd.)
Edit and post content consistently each week
Stay on top of trends and adapt them in a way that fits our brand
Help grow engagement and overall reach
Collaborate with the team on content ideas
Qualifications
Strong understanding of TikTok and current trends
Good sense of personal style and aesthetic
Comfortable being on camera and behind the camera
Experience creating TikTok or Reels content
Interest in athleticwear and resale
Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
