Why do you pay out in venmo and paypal?

This helps us to reduce the amount of cash kept on site in the store which ultimately helps us to keep our employees safer. There are no fees for the customer when we pay out through these channels and so we hope it is an easy and fast way to get you paid on the spot!

When selling, if I select credit but then change my mind at a later date can I cash out?

No. Once you have made your selection between cash and credit, it is final and cannot be changed once you leave the shop.

Can I purchase things from Instagram?

Yes! Our Instagram is a great way to shop our store. We post new outfits daily and you can always send us a DM if you are looking for something specific and not able to come into the store.

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the country for a flat shipping rate of $8.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 5 days of purchase for store credit ONLY — tags must be on the items and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Shoes are final sale.

Does store credit expire?

Yes, your credit will expire after 1 year of inactivity (no buying or selling). 

What if I have more than two tote bags worth of items?

Please call or email us so we can help you get scheduled for the right time to bring in your items.
